Michael Torres also called Myke towers, is a Puerto Rican songwriter and rapper who was born in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico on 15 January 1994. His name was changed in the year 2017 from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. The reason for this was to give tribute to the Young Kingz music group of which he is a member. The letter i on their name was replaced by the letters y. Myke Towers has been in the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico since his adolescence making his very first songs and freestyles on the SoundCloud account. In 2014, he became famous with songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. The year 2014 saw him gain attention for his La Nueva Droga freestyle and his interpretation of Drake's original track zero-to-100%.
